For the Pasta Bake:
- 8 oz (225g) penne pasta, cooked according to package instructions
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, ground allspice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Cook the meatballs in batches until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cooked pasta and marinara sauce until well coated.
- Spread half of the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Arrange the
