Pineapple Pork
Ingredients:
1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening the sauce)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooked rice, for serving
Chopped green onions or cilantro, for garnish (optional)
