- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut oil does not taste like coconut
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp chives 3 to 4 tbsp – chopped chives or green onions
