Garlic Parmesan French Fries

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Oven:
      • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set aside.
    2. Prepare the Potatoes:
      • Rinse the peeled potatoes under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Cut the potatoes into fries of uniform thickness, about 1/4 inch wide.
    3. Season and Toss the Fries:
      • Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season generously with salt and black pepper, tossing to coat the fries evenly.
    4. Bake the Fries:
      • Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway
