Instructions:
- Crush the biscuits into small pieces. You can do this by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin or pulsing them in a food processor until they resemble coarse crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream (or whipped cream), and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Line a baking dish or tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
