Cookie Half Baked Chocolate Cake

Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F).
Brush melted butter all over the inside of the molds.
Place molds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Prepare the Cookie Dough:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar and softened butter until creamy.
Whisk in the egg until fully incorporated.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder, mixing until a soft yet thick dough forms.
Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
Cover the dough and chill it in the refrigerator.
Prepare the Chocolate Micuit:
In a small pan, melt the butter over low heat, then add the chopped dark chocolate and stir until fully melted and combined.
In a medium bowl, combine the caster sugar and flour.
Add the eggs and whisk together until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the batter and whisk until combined into a smooth chocolate batter.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag or a plastic bag with one corner snipped off.
