Air frying pork chops

Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 large eggs, beaten
Cooking spray
Instructions:

Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Prepare Coating Mixture:
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Coat Pork Chops:
Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s well-coated. Then, dredge the pork chop in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the coating onto the pork to adhere.
Spray with Cooking Spray:
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Air Fry Pork Chops:
Place the coated pork chops in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray the tops of the pork chops with cooking spray.
