Ingredients
- 8 ounces sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 3 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon minced chives
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tablespoon fresh orange juice
- ½ teaspoon orange zest
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- 16 ounces crab meat lump or other pieces work fine
- 3 Roma tomatoes sliced
- 6 ounces Gruyere cheese shredded
