Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
16 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
8 oz lump crabmeat, drained and picked over
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
