Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). On a floured surface, roll out the chilled pastry dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch. Using a round cutter, cut out circles that will fit into your mini tart pans.

4. Assembling the Mini Tarts:

Gently press the pastry circles into the mini tart pans, ensuring an even layer at the base and up the sides. Trim any excess dough. Fill each tart shell with the prepared apple filling.

5. Baking to Golden Perfection:

Bake the mini tarts in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the apple filling is bubbling.
