When my friend first tried this recipe, she couldn’t believe it only took 4 ingredients

Ingredients:

1 can of refrigerated biscuits (8 count)

1/4 cup of blueberry jam

1/4 cup of fresh blueberries

4 tablespoons of butter, melted

Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions:

Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin to widen.

Place a teaspoon of blueberry jam in the center of each biscuit.

Add 2-3 fresh blueberries on top of the jam.

Fold the biscuits in half, pressing the edges to seal the sweet filling inside.

Dip each pie bomb into the melted butter, ensuring a light coating, then arrange them on a baking sheet
