Ultra Soft Cookies

In a bowl, whisk the butter and sugar together, then add the eggs one at a time and mix.
Sift the flour, baking soda and baking powder before pouring them all at once into the bowl, mix everything with a spatula until you get a smooth dough, you can leave it in the fridge to work it better for about 30 minutes.
Form balls of 70 g to have large cookies as in the photo or 50 g to have small ones.
Make a ball with your dough and crush it, put what you want inside in the center and close by connecting the sides I formed a ball (for my part I put hazelnut spread and the mini snickers ) then I put on top of all the dried fruits except the chocolate, take care to space them out on the plate.
Bake for 10 to 13 minutes at 160°C rotating heat then turn off the oven, place the chocolate on top and leave the cookies inside the oven (door closed) with the heat, the little chocolates will melt and not burn.
