This recipe was just delish

Ingredients
For the Masa:
4 cups masa harina (corn flour for tamales)
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth (more as needed)
1 cup lard or vegetable shortening (or a mix of both)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
For the Pork Filling:
2 lbs pork shoulder or pork butt
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
1 cup chicken broth
Salt and black pepper to taste
