This recipe was everything! Everyone ate 3 of these muffins!

Ingredients:
4 medium apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
1/2 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
12 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions:
Toss diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and flour in a large bowl until apples are evenly coated.
Place an egg roll wrapper diagonally on a clean surface. Pour a generous amount of the apple mixture into the center of the wrapper, avoiding overfilling.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tucking it under slightly. Fold the side corners to enclose the filling. Roll the wrapper tightly from bottom to top, sealing the final corner with water.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the rolls until golden and crispy, about 2 to 3 minutes, turning so they cook evenly.
Remove the rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve the apple pie egg rolls warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar and optionally with vanilla ice cream or a sauce of your choice for an extraordinary dessert experience. Enjoy this creative culinary delight that brings together the best of both worlds!
