To stay healthy and avoid getting colds in the winter, we like to drink a ginger punch. It doesn’t have to be as spicy as our pink ginger shot recipe, though. This tasty juice will help your immune system and taste great thanks to the apples and oranges in it. This juice also has ginger in it, and the beetroot gives it a beautiful pink color. So get your juicer out and do something nice for yourself!

What you need for 750 ml:

Two oranges

Three apples

1 raw beet

30 gr of fresh ginger

It’s time to peel and slice the two oranges. Take the apple cores out and cut them into large cubes. Peel the ginger and wash the beets well. Then, slowly put all of the ingredients into a juicer and press them out. Having the drink cold and fresh with ice cubes is the best way to enjoy it.

You can also use the highest setting on a blender to finely mix all the ingredients. This will get rid of the plant fibers. Next, strain the juice through a fine sieve or a nut milk bag. You can also get fresh juice this way without a juicer!
