- In a large mold, place the savoirdi or vanilla cookies evenly to form the base.
- In a bowl, mix 500 ml. of orange juice, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch and 20 grams of butter until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Pour a layer of the orange mixture over the cookies in the mold.
- In another container, combine the milk, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch, 10 grams of vanilla sugar and 20 grams of mascarpone cheese. Mix until you achieve a uniform cream.
- Add a layer of the mascarpone cream on top of the orange cream.
- Continue alternating the creams, always starting with the orange one, until the ingredients are gone or until the mold is full.
- In a separate bowl, combine the 50 grams of mascarpone cheese with the 200 ml. of sweetened heavy cream and beat until smooth.
- Spread this mixture over the cake, covering the top layer.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 3 hours to firm it up.
- Once firm, your cake will be ready to serve and enjoy.
