Sweet Potato Cobbler

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and stir until just combined.
Spoon the dough over the sweet potato mixture in the baking dish.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
