Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans (if using), then set aside.
3. Wash the sweet potatoes and prick the skins with a fork.
4. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about one hour, or until tender, depending on their size.
5. Once done, remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and slice them open down the center.
6. Add a slice of butter and a tablespoon of the brown sugar mixture into each potato.
7. Top each sweet potato with mini marshmallows.
8. Turn on the broiler and place the sweet potatoes back in the oven.
9. Broil until the marshmallows are golden brown on top, being careful not to walk away from the oven.
10. Serve immediately and enjoy the deliciousness!
