Stuffed Catfish

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Lay the catfish fillets flat on a clean work surface. Spoon the crab mixture evenly onto each fillet, then roll them up tightly.
  4. Place the stuffed catfish fillets seam side down in the prepared baking dish. Brush the tops with a little olive oil or melted butter for added flavor.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the catfish is cooked through and the filling is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once cooked, remove the stuffed catfish from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the fish.
  8. Enjoy your delicious stuffed catfish with your favorite sides for a memorable meal
