Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients:
– 1/2 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 salmon fillets (4-6 ounces each)
– 6-8 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
– 8 oz fettuccine pasta
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
