Recipe for Cheese-Filled Balls

Make the cheese mixture.

 

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.

Make the Cheese Balls.

Shape the cheese mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size, using your hands or a small scoop.

Cover the cheese balls with a layer.

Prepare a station with three bowls: one with flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.Cover each cheese ball with flour, then dip it in the eggs, and finally coat it thoroughly with the breadcrumbs.

Cook the cheese balls in hot oil.

Warm up oil in a deep fryer or a big pan to 350°F (175°C). Cook the cheese balls in small groups until they become golden brown and crispy, which should take around 2-3 minutes for each group.

Take out using a spoon with holes and allow to drain on paper towels.
