Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Bake in preheated oven for about 55-65 minutes, until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
Remove from oven and let cool completely in the water bath. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Whipped Cream:
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Topping:
Drizzle Biscoff cookie butter over the chilled cheesecake bars.
Sprinkle Biscoff cookie crumbs on top.
Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream.
