Pineapple Flip

•Step 1

The first thing to do is preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

•Step 2

Then you have to beat the butter until creamy, and also add the condensed milk with the eggs one by one, the flour with the baking powder (these two ingredients must be sifted together before mixing them), you have to alternate it with the syrup and ½ cup evaporated milk. Then beat until completely integrated and set aside.

•Step 3

Now, what follows is to cover the mold where the previous mixture will be poured with butter, flour and then wax paper, on top of this you have to pour the chewed sugar into the bottom of the mold, and on top of it the pineapple slices and cover the spaces. with cherries (this ingredient is optional).

•Step 4

Next you have to add the cake mixture to the mold and put it in the preheated oven for 55 minutes (one way to know that it is ready is to insert a toothpick into the cake and it comes out dry or clean).

•Step 5

Once ready, you have to take it out, let it cool, unmold it and offer it.

The pineapple flip is ideal to enjoy in the afternoon or at night, ideal to share with the family, or to offer when a visitor arrives. You can also take advantage of it if you want to eat something sweet, but with a tropical flavor.
