Perfectly Roasted Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Preheat the oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Prepare the potatoes:

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the oil and seasoning mixture.

Roast the potatoes:

Place the potatoes cut side down on the prepared baking sheet. This helps them develop a crispy, golden crust.

 

 

Roast in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Turn potatoes halfway through cooking to ensure even roasting.

Serve:

Remove the potatoes from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and freshness.

Serve immediately hot and crispy.
