Peanut Butter Cookies

If your nut butter is not easily stir-able, gently heat it until it becomes runny.

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a bowl, stir together the dry ingredients – finely ground almond flour, powdered erythritol or powdered sugar, salt, and baking soda – until well combined.

Add the nut butter and milk to the dry ingredients, and mix everything together to form a dough.

Roll the dough into small balls and then flatten them to create thick cookies (refer to the photo above for reference).

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the cookies on the center rack of the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. It’s essential to take them out while they are still slightly undercooked.

Allow the cookies to cool completely, as they will firm up as they cool down.

These Keto Peanut Butter Cookies are a delightful low-carb treat for peanut butter lovers. With their satisfying texture and nutty flavor, these cookies are perfect for a guilt-free snack or dessert option. Enjoy the goodness of homemade keto cookies anytime!
