Peanut Butter Apple Cinnamon Sushi Rolls are the perfect snack or lunch for kids!
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread crusts removed (makes rolling easier)
- 2 to 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 apple cut into sticks
- 2 tsp honey
- cinnamon a sprinkle
Instructions

Spread the peanut butter onto the bread in a thin, even layer.

Place the apple sticks on top.

Drizzle the honey on top of the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Slowly roll the the bread up (like a cinnamon roll) making sure to press firmly so the bread sticks together.

Slice each oll into four pieces and serve.
