PASSION FRUIT ICE CREAM WITHOUT MACHINE

Preparation:

1. In a container, place passion fruit juice and condensed milk. Mix well
2. Add the very cold milk cream and mix. Then add the flavorless gelatin (diluted in 5 tablespoons of very hot water). Mix well
3. Mix well and pour into disposable cups. Freeze for approximately 5 hours.
4. Melt the chocolate coverage in the microwave or in a bain-marie and then add the very hot milk cream. Mix well and allow it to cool.
5. Unmold and pass the ice creams through the chocolate and hold for a few seconds. Finally refrigerate for 10 minutes.
