Oil-free mayonnaise: the ultra-dietary and tasty sauce

To prepare mayonnaise without oil, mix the cornstarch with the cold milk. (You can replace the cornstarch with flour (rice or normal))
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until it boils. It is essential to ensure that the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
Turn off the heat and let cool.

Transfer the mixture to the bowl of a hand blender.
Add the egg yolk, salt, vinegar and lemon juice.
Mix well until the oil-free mayonnaise thickens.
