Meatball Boats Recipe

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
Slice the tops off of the rolls or buns and carefully hollow out the center of each roll, leaving a thick shell.
Place the meatballs inside the hollowed-out rolls.
Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs, then top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve the meatball boats hot, garnished with fresh herbs or additional cheese if desired.
