Complete Recipe:

The following ingredients will provide 8 slices: • 1/2 cup of finely chopped red bell pepper (75 grams) • 1/2 cup of green onions (50 grams) Half a cup of shredded sweet potato (75 grams) • Five eggs • One cup of shredded cheddar cheese (or 100 grams of your favorite melting cheese) 225 grams of cottage cheese and 120 milliliters of milk make up one cup. • 1/2 teaspoon of salt • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper • 1/4 teaspoon of crushed nutmeg • 1/4 cup of ground oats or oat flour (25g) with 1 teaspoon of mustard

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).

Grease a baking dish or cast-iron pan that is 8 inches (20 cm) in diameter.
Put Cheese and Vegetables in a Layer:
