Lemon Cookies: Tasty and Easy to Prepare!

Preparation
Whisk the eggs with the sugar, lemon zest, vegetable oil and lemon juice.
Mix flour, cornstarch and baking powder separately.
Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix to combine.
Set the dough aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cut the chilled dough into pieces and roll into balls.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
Let the cookies cool, then dip them in milk and cover them with sugar.
