Keto Cheesy Focaccia in a Pan

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour with salt.
Pour in coconut oil and unsweetened almond milk.
Knead until smooth dough forms, then cover it and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
Microwave the cauliflower rice for about 5 minutes, then squeeze out the excess moisture with a cheesecloth or a paper towel.
Roll out the dough into a disk.
Place two-thirds of the cheese on top.
Add the cauliflower rice and more cheese.
Pinch the edges of the dough together to close the filling.

Flatten the flatbread with a rolling pin.
Add a bit of coconut oil to a non-stick pan or cast iron pan over medium heat. Cook the flatbread for 5 minutes, then flip and cook another 5 minutes
