PREPARATION:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9-inch springform cake pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix together the chocolate chip cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the mold to create the cookie base.
3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract and chocolate chips. Pour this mixture over the cookie base.
4. Pour the prepared brownie mixture over the cheesecake filling.
5. Cover the brownie layer with the chocolate chip cookie dough.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-55 minutes, or until the center is almost set (it should jiggle slightly).
7. Let the cake cool in the pan to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to firm up.
8. Once cooled, unmold the cake and place a chocolate chip cookie on top.
