How to make strawberry jam

Ingredients
For the jam:
1 kg strawberries
550 g sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Prepare the strawberries:
Wash and clean the strawberries, removing the stems.
Cut the strawberries into pieces if they are large.
Cook the jam:
Put the strawberries and sugar in a large saucepan.
Cook over low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Increase the heat and bring to a boil.
