Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- Add the yogurt and mix it in.
- Slowly add the lukewarm water, a little at a time, and mix until a soft dough forms.

- After the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 6-8 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a ball and then flatten it with your hands.

- Preheat a skillet or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Roll out each portion of dough into a teardrop or oval shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the rolled-out dough onto the hot skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until bubbles start to form on the surface.
