Ingredients:
For the Steak:
4 cube steaks (about 1/2 pound each)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
Vegetable oil for frying
For the Gravy:
1/4 cup pan drippings
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
Dredge each steak in flour, then egg, then flour again. Set aside on a wire rack.
Heat oil in a skillet. Fry steaks for 3-4 minutes per side. Keep them warm.
