Hands down, these are the only sliders my hubby will eat when he’s watching football!.

Ingredients:

 

2 pounds ground beef

1 large onion, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

1 package (12 count) dinner rolls (sweet Hawaiian rolls recommended)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

1/4 cup butter, melted

Optional garnishes: pickle slices, minced fresh onion
