half a cup of hazelnuts

1/4 cup of clear corn syrup
one-fourth cup of salted butter

Regarding the garnish:
Sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup
one-fourth cup of salted butter
half a cup of hazelnuts
0.5 teaspoons of vanilla essence
