5. Lower the heat and add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine everything evenly.
7. Serve the spaghetti topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
