Delight your palate with this sumptuous Garlic Butter Chicken, a dish that seamlessly blends the richness of butter with the aromatic punch of garlic. Perfect for a cozy family dinner or a chic gathering, this recipe promises to be a crowd-pleaser with its tender chicken and flavorful sauce.

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Juice of half a lemon
Instructions:
Preparation (5 minutes)
Begin by patting the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cooking Chicken (10 minutes, Medium-High Heat)
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Making Garlic Butter Sauce (20 minutes, Medium-Low Heat)
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the butter and minced garlic, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
Pour in the chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Bring to a simmer and let it reduce slightly, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream, parsley, thyme, and lemon juice. Continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Finalizing the Dish (5 minutes)
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, ensuring the chicken is heated through and well-coated with the sauce.
