FRIED POTATO BALLS 😋

  1. In a bowl with the boiled potatoes, add the flour, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, dry yeast, water and salt, and mix until the dough is created. Transfer to a work surface and knead until smooth.
  2. Transfer the dough to the bowl, cover and let it rest for two hours.
  3. After the time has elapsed, transfer the dough to the floured work surface and roll it out with the rolling pin to a thickness of 1/2 cm/
  4. Cut circles with the mold to a size of 7-8 cm, and fill them in the center with cooked ham and cheese. Add another circle on top of the first and pinch all the way to get donuts.
  5. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or bake for 20 minutes at 190°
