Fried cabbage with sausage and shrimp Recipe

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced smoked sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.

Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.

Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook until it begins to wilt, stirring occasionally.

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning (if using), adjusting the seasoning to your taste.

Continue to cook for a few more minutes until all the ingredients are well combined and cooked through.

Garnish with chopped green onions.
