Focaccia: The Easy Way to Make Them Perfect

In a bowl, mix water, milk and crumbled yeast.
Then add the potatoes and mix well.
Then combine the flours, salt and oil.
Form a smooth and sticky dough, let it rise for 2 hours.
Then knead it well and cover it for 15 minutes.
Shape the scones and let them rise for an hour in the oven.
Then bake at 200°C for about 18 minutes.
