1. It’s that easy, just mix all the ingredients with a whisk to form a lump-free and homogeneous mass. Then let it soak for about 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Now heat some oil in a pan, pour in a ladle of the dough and spread it evenly.
3. Now bake over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until the pancake can be removed from the edge and bottom, then turn it over and bake for another 1-2 minutes.
Then roll in cinnamon sugar.
