EASY ITALIAN CREAM STUFFED CANNONCINI

INGREDIENTS:

  • To make the cream of custard:
  • three egg whites
  • 1/4 cup (30 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 100 grams of sugar, or 1/2 cup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces (235 mL) of milk
  • To do this, follow these steps:
  • 1 dried puff dough sheet (about 8 oz, 225 gr)
  • 50 grams (1/2 cup) sugar
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Soak the milk in hot water until it’s ready to drink.
