Easy Cool Whip Candy

In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed Cool Whip, instant pudding mix, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. You can use a hand mixer or mix by hand until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
If you want to add color to your candy, you can mix in a few drops of food coloring at this stage. Stir until the color is evenly distributed.
Line a baking sheet or a large tray with parchment paper or wax paper. This will prevent the candy from sticking.
Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop small portions of the Cool Whip mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. You can make them as big or as small as you like.
If desired, you can decorate the candy by adding sprinkles or colored sugar on top of each portion.
Place the tray in the freezer and let the candy set for about 2-3 hours, or until it’s firm.
Once the candy is completely frozen and firm, you can remove it from the freezer and enjoy. The candy should have a soft and creamy center with a frozen exterior.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer to maintain their texture.
These Cool Whip candies are a fun and easy treat to make, and you can get creative by using different pudding flavors and colors to customize them to your liking. Enjoy
