easy carrot cake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Beat in eggs and oil until smooth.
Fold in carrots (and walnuts if using).
Pour into a greased pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
Serve and enjoy!
