- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180ºC).
- Arrange the penne pasta in the bottom of a casserole dish and cover with the marinara sauce. Add 2 cups of water and mix well.
- Arrange the meatballs in the dish without covering them.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the meatballs start to turn golden. Remove from the oven and add the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for 15 more minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
