Dolly Bars

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts over the condensed milk layer, in that order.
  5. Press down gently on the layers with the back of a spoon or spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  7. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares or bars.

These bars are deliciously sweet and satisfying, perfect for potlucks, parties, or just as a treat for yourself!
