- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts over the condensed milk layer, in that order.
- Press down gently on the layers with the back of a spoon or spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares or bars.
