Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 4-5 medium russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix (or homemade ranch seasoning)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Crockpot
